Hardware malfunctions and manufacturing defects are covered under warranty. Accidental damage (including cracked screens and water damage), damage caused by misuse, voltage fluctuations, modifications or from a third-party component are not included.

This item is non-returnable due to hygiene/ consumable nature of the product.

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, please raise this to customercare@nureca.com within 10 days of purchase and we will provide a replacement as applicable.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
